The ABU Broadcast Engineering Excellence Award is open to staff or former staff of ABU broadcaster members within the ABU region only. It recognises contributions of an outstanding nature in broadcast engineering and related disciplines. The award comprises a trophy, a citation plaque and ‘Distinguished Observer’ status to the winner at the ABU Technical Committee meetings.
