Role of Media in Early Warnings and What is Early Warning Broadcast System. SOPs for Early Warning Communication.
Overview of current Emergency Broadcast Plans.

Common Alerting Protocol (CAP)
Overview of CAP and its global implementation. CAP implementation in Solomon Islands.
How media can use CAP for targeted communication to specific geographic areas affected by a disaster, ensuring that only those in the affected region receive relevant information, minimizing unnecessary panic or confusion in unaffected areas.

Disaster Ready: Making it Happen
