We are happy to inform you that the B22 Global Coordination Conference will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria from 22-26 August 2022. Participants of high frequency coordination groups, representing around 90% of the shortwave frequencies used for broadcasting in the world, will take part in this conference to coordinate shortwave frequency schedules for the B-22 (Winter) season.

INVITATION
The B22 Global Coordination Conference is organized jointly by the High Frequency Coordination Conference (HFCC),  the Arab States Broadcasting union (ASBU) and the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU). HFCC invites you and your organisation to participate in this conference.

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND
As you are aware, the frequency channel situation for shortwave radio is always changing because of the 11-year solar cycle and seasonal effects, as well as because of new or changed frequencies of shortwave broadcasters around the globe. The Coordination Conference provides you and your organisation with a valuable opportunity to coordinate your frequencies directly with the frequency managers of other broadcasters and prevent interference occurring in your radio services. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you consider participating in this conference on behalf of your organisation.
