Recruitment of Head of ABU Media Academy

The ABU is now in a position to enhance and increase its on- line and face to face capacity building service to its members by recruiting the “Head of ABU Media Academy”.

The Head of ABU Media Academy will lead the  ABU capacity building program with specific duties as stipulated in the attached job description. The ABU is now advertising this position. Applications are sought to fill this position in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The incumbent would be responsible to develop the ABU Media Academy strategy, policies and programs in line with the ABU’s training objectives to develop Members’ capacity in management, content production, news, sports and technology.

The individual should possess an advanced degree in adult education, distance education or related field with minimum of five years’ experience working and supporting media training or/and e-learning programme. Experience working with Learning Management Systems, particularly Moodle, Blackboard or similar platforms is an advantage. Experience in teaching in adult education is also an advantage.

Recruitment of Project Manager, Media

The ABU is now in a position to enhance and increase its content related service to its members by recruiting a “Project Manager, Media”.

The Project Manager, Media will work in the ABU Programme Department in content related projects including Radio, Television and New Media with specific duties as stipulated in the attached job description. The ABU is now advertising this position. Applications are sought to fill this position in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The incumbent would be responsible to develop and deliver content related projects in multimedia platforms in line with the ABU’s service to its members.

The individual should have minimum of seven years of experience in working and supporting media projects. Experience working in new media services is an advantage.
